Ghamish/Reeds Return Policy Details: Tuning: Please understand that all instruments are made slightly different so tuning will vary, this can often be fine tuned by wrapping or unwrapping thread at the base of the reed, if you feel that you like to send your Duduk to me to best match to my large selections of reeds then please contact me to arrange this service. Ghamish/Reeds are not returnable.

If your package arrives damaged you should report that to the shipping carrier immediately upon delivery.

all ghamish are checked before delivery then cleaned with a special cleaning solution.
